This study examined the implementation, user acceptance, and perceived learning benefits of a gamification-based agricultural training application for Women Farmers’ Groups (WFGs). An ADDIE-based research and development approach was employed, focusing on implementation and evaluation. Thirty WFG members in Bejiharjo Village, Indonesia, participated in blended learning activities. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, guided by Kirkpatrick and CIPP evaluation frameworks, and analyzed descriptively and thematically. Participants reported favorable application usability, with mean scores of 4.55 for navigation, 4.45 for instructional clarity, and 4.35 for visual presentation. All indicators exceeded 4.00 on a five-point scale. Participants perceived improvements in agricultural understanding and readiness to explore sustainable practices. The application demonstrated promising acceptance and potential for supporting non-formal agricultural education. However, self-reported outcomes and the absence of a comparison group limit effectiveness claims, requiring further objective and longitudinal evaluation.
